We had a great experience. We were having issues with our kitchen faucet falling over due to cracks in our countertop that other plumbers were not able to fix. Mark was able to clearly explain the cause of the issue and reviewed short and long term solutions to fit our budget. I reached out on Thumbtack first thing in the morning right before Thanksgiving. This was a rental property and even with the extra challenge of getting something scheduled with a tenant he was able to get out there the same day and repair the problem quickly with the kitchen garbage disposal for a very fair price highly recommend.
