Mark responded quickly to my quote request to replace an existing toilet and put us on the schedule same week. Was punctual and communicated well throughout the process. Took the time to show me a minor thing he uncovered from removing the older toilet (that had a larger base footprint compared to the smaller replacement going in), prior to him finishing the install. I appreciated him showing me first versus just quickly finishing without my knowledge. Friendly and professional, very happy with service. Would use Mark again in the future and highly recommend.
