- What types of customers have you worked with?
One of the common problems we hear is "My computer is running slow". There could be a number of reasons for this. We run a FULL hard drive diagnostic tool to ensure your hard drive is not failing. If your hard drive is in good mechanical condition, we run 3 different virus/malware tools to check your computer for possible infections. Sometimes it could just need a good old fashion reload of the operating system. We back up your data first and reload any software the customer requests.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Whether you hire us or another competitor, please don't hire someone off Craigslist stating they will fix your computer for a cheap, unrealistic price. I would also recommend checking references, and make sure they are a licensed business. Find out how long they have been in business. A little bit of homework can save you a lot of headache.
