Never rushing or cutting corners, but also fast and efficient . I love brightening my customers day with their new immaculate home. I Pay very close attention to details. With that being said I also DO NOT charge by the hour. I am very reasonable with my prices and I will work with you. My name says it all. I will compete with any cleaning company when it comes to prices and professional quality cleaning, Example the little finishing touches that scream professional as in triangles on your toilet paper roll and fluffing the couch cushions and throw pillows and making your bed with military style sheets. And those perfect lines in your carpet , and an affirmation thank you note in the end. I offer just about every service there is when it comes to cleaning, including dishes, laundry, and organizing!!! I will always respect your boundaries, and will follow whatever instructions or details you might have . I love pets I have great products to Eliminate odor and equipment to pick up their shedding fur. My company will provide the best cleaning and could not and will never judge anyone who is asking for our help with your home !! I called to get an estimate on a Monday. Heaven, the owner, showed up the same evening to do the estimate. She then started the very next day. I got a deep clean and organization of my entire 3 bedroom 2 full bath home; she even organized and deep cleaned my partially finished basement!! She worked from 9am until some days midnight. Bless her heart. She is a very hard worker. She vacuumed the basement truss for extra, and that looks absolutely beautiful! She washed my walls, ceilings, floors, garbage cans, doors, had all these cool cleaning brushes to get into places where everyday scrubbers cannot clean- and just places where most people don’t think to clean. I am also using her biweekly to keep up on my cleaning since I work so much and I just don’t have the time. I highly highly recommend Heaven McCarthy and Complete Cleaning Service for all of your cleaning and organizational needs!! That’s a lot coming from me too, I tend to be a very picky person.

I have very bad allergies I have to have certain cleaning supplies used to clean my apartment. as well as laundry soap to do my wash my clothes and she followed my instructions to which supplies i needednto be used and on what i have ocd and she deeped cleaned my apartment better than i have i enjoy having her in my home she is very polite and passionate about her love of her clients homes and takes seriously what they have requested to be done and how and what be used to do it with . thank you for your service

Did not show up to specified appointment times twice. First time was understandable, but they did not notify until probed, and rescheduled. Second time, they said they were 30 minutes away and on the way but 6 hours later, nothing. They did not notify and never showed up. I lost two working days because of this unprofessionalism. I cannot comment on the quality of work because that never happened.
