Upon your third request for alterations, we communicated the need for another permit re-approval, which unfortunately led to a challenging and confrontational situation on your end. Regrettably, the escalation of emotions and behavior, as witnessed by our team and directed towards our team, prompted the decision to discontinue the project on that day. In adherence to our principles, we returned your deposit after deducting the non-refundable application fees associated with the two permits obtained. We genuinely regret any negative feelings this situation may have caused and affirm our commitment to professionalism in every project. We wish you the best in your future endeavors.
