We hired this company to do an install of Lightning. I confirmed with them the day before that they would be coming for the work. Then the morning of I got a message stating they “forgot” they were going out of town and that the install would be delayed and rescheduled. Very unprofessional - now I am scrambling to get the work done before the holiday.
