- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
With my pricing it is reflective on my skills, knowledge, and educational background. If I have any special my guests are the first to know. Travel and additional fees may apply if on location, but will always be discussed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to get a feel for what sort of look they are going for, colors they like and colors they stay away from. Then I test foundation shades before starting application.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I initially received training from the cosmetic company I worked for, then continued my education at Douglas J in East Lansing. I worked solely as an esthetician and mua for years doing applications and training through various cosmetic companies. Now I am an educator of esthetics so it is very important to always be adding to my knowledge.
