FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
my pricing reflects the quality of my work. have been told that my prices are fantastic. i try to pass along any discount that I can get being a contractor and get better prices than your normal customer.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I prefer to do a free in home estimate to see the scope of work and talk about ideas and material that will be used on a job. if the customer is comfortable and knowledgeable about the current product I like to know the budget they have to work with on the project not always necessary but very helpful. I also like to know the time frame in which they would like the project completed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attended the TEC Center through my high school where I learned about building codes and regulations. I was hired very quickly out of the program because I already had so much experience in the trades from helping my uncles who owned construction/electrical companies. I was also in the carpenters union for two years.
