- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I pride myself on exceeding your expectations. I want to earn your business for life as well as have you raving about your experience to your relatives, friends, and co-workers! I’m not happy unless you are. However, quality, satisfaction and integrity aren’t cheap! If you’re looking for the cheapest bid, I’m not the right contractor for you. Feel free to test me on my workmanship and attention to detail compared to the rest of the industry. I show up on time and complete jobs according to agreed upon timelines and budgets. You won’t have to wonder if I’ll show up or strive to make you happy, you’ll be able to count on it.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I think the most important item is communication. It’s important to set clear and detailed expectations and then over deliver.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I trained as a master painter in decorative finishes and at the height of my career was showcased at the Michigan Design Center, and was a certified installer for the Home Depot.
