- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We use a flat-rate pricing book. The prices are based off of averages, material costs and time to perform the work. The price we give is the price you get. We don't charge more if we take longer than expected or if we have to run to get parts.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
#1 would definitely be "are they licensed and insured?" Too many companies that offer plumbing are not properly licensed and insured, or even not at all. #2, check reviews. Hear what others are saying about their experience with a particular company. And #3, is the company willing to come out and estimate the job for free. We will.
