I had purchased a Samsung StormWash dishwasher, and because of the way in which the original dishwasher was installed (on a 90 degree angle to the sink), it would take a little longer than anticipated.
He was able to install it, and test it and everything is working fine. When I tested it later that day, everything went off without any problems. Yes, I wouldn't have any problem referring him.

This is my first review of on Mr. Kennedy. Recently I reached out to him in regards to my nonworking garbage disposal.
Mr. Kennedy came out on a Monday, March 21, 2016 and did a thorough inspection and informed me on what needed to be done. I had the main parts but there were some additional things that were needed. Without hesitation he ran to Home Depot, without any additional cost to me and picked up the missing parts

He was running late and needed assisting with direction. Which was no problem because he communicated every step of the way as he was in route to my house. Within no time he was able to successful install my garbage disposal. After installing it and then showed me that it was working without any issues. Even once he showed me That everything was working properly. Prior to leaving he did another thorough check to ensure that everything was working right before he left.
Kevin Kennedy is very professional and helpful. Hes are very thorough and make sure everything is running correctly before they leave. In addition too being very personable and easy to work with.

Kevin worked well with my schedule to plan the work (install utility sink, re-install toilet tank works, install garbage disposal). He clearly outlined the costs and time the work would take. In the one instance where he needed an unexpected part he let me know and adjusted the plan. He has a practical down-to-earth approach. It's been over 3 weeks since Kevin completed the plumbing jobs at my home. All is well. He guarantees his workmanship for a year. I will use him again and recommend Kevin Kennedy to others.

Needed shower valve and all shower pipes replaced. Kevin responded immediately. Came out that afternoon. Explained what needed to be done and why. He gave a very reasonable quote and said he could do the job right then. Kevin also pointed out what needed to be replaced for toilet and sink hookup, which we were going to do ourselves,but had him do for the low amount he charged. Called Kevin the next evening when having trouble installing new bathtub. He came out the next morning and installed it for a reasonable fee. While here he told my son what part was needed to fix noise in kitchen sink. Kevin is prompt, courteous and has reasonable rates. I will use Kevin again. My son has plumbing he wants Kevin to do, and I recommended him to my brother who needs a plumber. Thank You Kevins

Needed tub drain repair on my 70 yr. old house, and knew that there would be some issues. Kevin didn't flinch and did the repair without a problem. Good attitude and a job well done. I would hire him again...
