- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I price all my work lower than the competition to stay busy and keep clients in hopes they use me again for another project in the future
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New customers Can call or email Josh Gardner to discuss the project. If customer desires Grateful Painters will send a estimator out for a free in person quote or if new customer has pictures and a description of the work to be completed quote can be delivered via email.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
4 years military experience painting warships. Capable of painting cars, appliances, motorcycles, homes, decks, siding and boats.
