We contacted Citadel on a weekday evening and was able to have service at 9 am the next day! We had something living in our chimney. Drake came out promptly and removed a birds nest. There’s no way my husband was climbing up that tall roof! Drake took care of the problem swiftly and was very professional. He was then able to put the cap on the chimney that my husband was supposed to take care of when we moved in 5 years ago so this wouldn’t happen. Thank you Citadel Wildlife for your super quick response and service! Price was fair and we are very pleased.

We are very pleased with this company! We just bought a new, older home that we didn’t know very much about. After having them come to our house to seal up 24 openings that we were not aware of, we now have peace of mind knowing that bats and mice can no longer invade our space. They are very responsive and we didn’t have to wait very long at all for them to do the work. I would definitely hire them again and will if we come across any other issues we need their help with.

The technician was thorough and not rushed. He was able to answer my questions and provided both options and recommendations. I didn’t feel that he was just pushing for a sale. He took the time to reinstall a missing piece of siding that had fallen off.

Mike was polite, friendly, and professional. He took down our large squirrel nest and cleaned up all the mess and treated the patio are to prevent future squirrel damage. We've only seen one squirrel since.
