Excellent service. Arrived at 4 pm diagnosed the problem, found the needed replacement part locally. Brett would have picked up the part and returned the same afternoon but I offered him to come back the next day so he could end the day at a reasonable time. The next day he returned and fixed the appliance. I will use Your Home Appliance again if needed.

Brett was very professional and communicated his schedule very well. I received a text update prior to his arrival. Brett explained each step he did along the way and 100% resolved my issue. Pricing was fair and he is quick to finish his work. I would re-hire Brett in a second. I highly recommend him to others as well. Thank you Brett. I have now have clean clothes again :)

Brett was very honest in his assessment of our washer. We ended up choosing not to repair it based on the cost being half the price of a new machine. He walked us thru making that decision with no pressure. I’ll call him again for sure.
