Excellent service. Arrived at 4 pm diagnosed the problem, found the needed replacement part locally. Brett would have picked up the part and returned the same afternoon but I offered him to come back the next day so he could end the day at a reasonable time. The next day he returned and fixed the appliance. I will use Your Home Appliance again if needed.

Brett was very honest in his assessment of our washer. We ended up choosing not to repair it based on the cost being half the price of a new machine. He walked us thru making that decision with no pressure. I’ll call him again for sure.

Very thorough with his work even though he had to put more work into it that was originally planned. Had to repair the tub bearing which apparently is the most taxing labor intensive job to do on a washer. Very pleased with professionalism and quality of work. Would hire again.
