I've been taking lessons and dancing with Sharon for about 4yrs now and it has been a great 4yrs! Sharon is so dedicated to the art of Bellydancing. Sharon makes sure that EVERY aspect of the dance is authentic and as perfect as can be. I especially love going with Sharon and her troupe to perform in nursing homes. It's a great feeling knowing that the residents have been looking forward to the performance all day. It's truly a blessing to see their faces light up when the performance begins. Sharon also is very dedicated to help the Veterans. She coordinates and performs in an annual charity dance for the veterans where all of the proceeds go to the local veterans hospital. Sharon gives all of her heart and talent when doing any performances and the ladies that preform with her in her troupe also give the same.

I have taken lessons from Aerial4Me for a few months and I am currently a level 4 student. Jackie is an extremely dedicated and knowledge teacher and I am convinced that she is the best in the area if you want to get into this wonderful art!

I am looking to educate the ages 4-14 about Ballet and teach them to be professional and the best they can. I charge $20 an hour.

We have taught many, many, people in Kalamazoo who thought they could never learn to dance and now they're admired for their dancing. They found it was fun and easy and you can too. We would not charge anyone good money if we didn't know we could bring the joy and romance of partner dancing into their lives. We are so sure that we can do this for you, we'll guarantee it! Simply call Art and say "I'd like to experience the joy of couples dancing at no risk to me." No partner necessary. The check you write will be held until after your first lesson. If you don't agree that the lesson was well worth the $20 by the end of the lesson, I'll give your check back, no hard feelings. So whether you have dreamed of floating across the floor with a Tango, your blood boils to try a little Latin Salsa or maybe just be comfortable dancing at a wedding, we are the ones to make your vision a reality!

I long to share my loving attitude towards musical theater, voice, and dance with young and old people alike, as I feel all three can change anyone's life. Obtaining confidence through song and dance is detrimental to excelling in so many other factors of life and society and I look forward to meeting and working with like minded artists. Answers to commonly asked questions from the experts on Thumbtack.

How much do dance lessons cost?

Adults who want to learn to dance, whether to prepare for a wedding or to meet new people, often enjoy taking dance lessons from an experienced dance instructor. Instructors may offer classes one-on-one to individual students or couples, or to small groups. The national average cost for a dance instructor ranges from $30 to $50. Some studios offer a discounted introductory lessons or group lessons, as well as package deals that are more affordable than paying for individual lessons. Some dance instructors will travel to the student’s home, which usually costs more, while others hold small-group sessions in their studios. If you choose a small-group class, expect to pay less than for individual dance lessons.
