From the get go they were very responsive to get ahold of and explained everything. I had a menu on my mind and when he quoted me I couldn't believe the price we got for as much food were getting! I asked if they could set up a taste testing. We drove 3 hours to Grand Rapids to do so ( a fun day date!) We arrive at his old bar/resturant I believe that he uses as there cooking quarters/office "I think" don't quote me on that. Anyhow we arrive to this dimmed light setting and a table set up for two candle lit just for us two. They start us out with this amazing bread and oil. Then shortly after bringing each dish we discussed I wanted out to us. It was such a cute experience and the food was incredible! We chose a chicken and a salmon, red skin potatoes, mac and cheese, asparagus, mixed veggie, cherry salad! We had a tiny miscommunication on the serving time wanted 530 but they were ready by 5. It all worked out great in the end and no one knew the diff. It was our fault as well since we went a little longer on our photos as well. I got a lot of compliments on how good the food was. We did run out of Salmon I heard before everyone got served. But then I also heard the chicken was the best they ever had!
All in all everything turned out great and perfect! They cleaned up and were out of there fast as well! It sure does go by in a flash! Everyone loved the bartenders they were a hoot! All the employees were so sweet to us too! So the only tiny things were not enough salmon and not enough table covers to cover all the food tables but I gotta say those were some tiny problems that didn't even phase me in the end. I would hire them again for sure.
