I’ve hired a number of independent contractors over the past several years and sincerely value the honesty and integrity Mark brings to his trade. If he can do it, he will do it well and at a value. You are lucky to have him on your side. What I appreciated just as much was that he was honest about his limits and when a job was beyond his expertise, he didn’t over promise. Instead he provided guidance and recommendations. He built trust and showed his value in just a day. I just wish he was still in Chicago!!! I need a Mark here!!!
