Our wedding was 10.4.14 at the Goei Center in GR. Steve was incredibly accomodating, easy to reach, and the food was amazing. The bartenders were such a hit, and all our guests have commented on the quality of our reception. Steve exceeded all of our expectations & we were thrilled with our event!

Chef Brech was amazing and his staff was extremely attentive to our needs. His Display of fruits and veggies had all guest enticed and delighted with taste! Though we had a non-alcoholic event The champagne punch was a hit amongst all and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

Steve catered a dinner for 22 at a condo club room. Arrangements with Steve were easy and he was responsive to emails and phone calls. The 3 staff who managed the event did a great job and were pleasant to work with - very unobtrusive during dinner. Overall, the food was excellent and we had more than enough of everything. The only negative was that the salmon we selected as one of our entrees was a bit dry, but I'm sure it's not easy to keep salmon moist when it has to be cooked 2-3 hours before the event. I would certainly use FOODesign again and recommend Chef Brech to others.

Overall Steve was good but there were a few times we had trouble contacting him including the coordinator trying to the day before and day of the wedding. We felt the pricing was good and the food was good. A few minor details that were missed like getting the wrong bread at the wedding. He actually came to our house which was over 2 hours for him to do a sampler. Also dropped off linens the day before the wedding which was very nice. I would recommend but also suggest he needs to better communicate in the future.
