My whole career I’ve been in event planning and catering. I have been an event planner and day of coordinator since 2006 working with large sized parties. I fell into event planning by accident and now this is what I love to do. There's something about helping the host (mainly couple to be married) make the event a great success. Weddings should be memorable and joyful and that is what I make sure happens! It's what I do best. I had a career in events where I booked, planned and executed events. When it comes to brides and grooms, I understand how overwhelming everything can be as you start the planning process. My job is to help alleviate that stress and guide you to a fun and marvelous event. Cooking is my personal passion so I decided to branch out and cater to private events as well as planning. I like to come up with menus that fit to your taste. I grew up in a family where my parents hosted many parties and always made all the food. I believe that's been past on to me. I specialize in authentic Mexican cuisine. I love playing around with salsas and guacamoles but can do much more than appetizers. I’m great with American, Italian, Mediterranean cuisines. I’m always looking to expand my recipes. If you consider me for either coordinator or food caterer, I'm willing to meet with you and chat on your vision and execution for your private event. I request a 20 guest minimum for catering. I don't have a minimum for planning or coordinating events.
