- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We don't have a "standard" price. Every job is different, and we want to develop a cleaning program that's specific to your needs. Every facility or office is different, and there are many factors that will have a significant impact on the final price - types of flooring, number of restrooms and fixtures, day vs. after-hours service, break room equipment and other items will be measured and counted. We do a custom quote for each project, and offer a FREE commercial floor cleaning consultation.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The most important step is to visit the customer’s facility and develop a detailed proposal. We also want to make sure we capture any specific concerns and issues the customer may have experienced before.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our franchisees must complete 15 hours of training, and pass written tests in both general and medical cleaning.
