Bob was excellent at diagnosing the issue. He arrived to do the job the next day after initial contact and the price was more than reasonable. Denise handled my payment with courtesy and professionalism. I am VERY impressed and pleased with this firm. Highly recommended. No one else would even look at my Treadclimber TC 5000, which are no longer manufactured. I love this company!

I had an excellent experience with Bob Kujith. He arrived on time, was friendly and professional, and handled the job with impressive resilience. I needed my NordicTrack treadmill disassembled, moved, and reassembled. Even though I hadn’t specified the brand in advance and he realized on arrival that he hadn’t worked with this model before, he didn’t turn down the job. It turned out to be more complex and time-consuming than expected, but he stayed with it, got the work done correctly, and never asked for more money. (I did add a tip because he deserved it) His dedication and positive attitude really stood out. Highly recommend!
