- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My minimum trip fee is $150. So, that means whatever the job is at your home the price starts at I also do not charge an hourly rate. I charge by the job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I make contact with a phone call to introduce myself and gather more details about the job. I may ask for pictures of the job if needed. Then I discuss an estimate for the work and send that for approval. Once approved I will schedule the work and complete the job.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked in construction as a young man. Then I worked for several years on a dairy farm and used my skills to repair many different things on the farm. I ended up working with people for 20 years as a career but never stopped using my skills to take care of projects for myself and family and friends. I remodeled three of my own homes. I have never had to hire anyone for a project on my house other than a licensed trade such as a plumber or HVAC or electrician.
