- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer one discount per household to any customer upon request if someone who lives in the home fits into one of these categories. Veterans, Seniors, first responders, medical professionals, teachers, student discounts, and Disability discounts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically we try to start with a phone call so we can prescreen your appliance to determine the most common issues. This allows us to come prepared with parts so we can complete the repair the first time we come into your home whenever possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I learned everything I know about working on and fixing things from my father and he learned everything he knows from his father. In addition to generations of experience I have taken formal appliance training and received accreditation from the same service that trains bosh, Miele, subzero, and other online agents across the world through a program called master samurai.
