We provide clear, detailed estimates based on the project scope, labor, materials, and expected site conditions. Any potential additional costs are discussed before work proceeds. Combining multiple repairs into one visit may help reduce the overall cost.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin by reviewing your project description and photos. For larger projects, we schedule an on-site walkthrough to inspect the space, take measurements, and discuss materials and priorities. We then provide a written estimate, schedule the work, and keep you informed through completion.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team has hands-on construction, property maintenance, and remodeling experience. We follow manufacturer installation requirements and accepted construction practices. When a project requires licensed specialty work, we coordinate with appropriately qualified trade professionals.
