- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Because each situation is different and each client is different in the way they process through decisions, most organizers work on an hourly rate. Some have package rates that offer discounts for those who want to buy a bulk of hours.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Many in our network are involved in the National Association of Professional Organizers and their state chapters where on-going learning is why they're a member.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
