- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge by the hour for the time I am in your home, meeting on a job site, sourcing product, designing or generating drawings. For quartz and granite countertops, I quote a price for the job. This includes product, template, fabrication, installation and my services. I don't charge for travel time unless outside of a 45 minute radius.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will reach out through Thumbtack, then continue the conversation through phone, text, and email. I will talk with you to get an idea of your needs, and we will set up a time that works for us to meet at your home. From the time I walk in your door, I will begin working, sharing ideas and laying out a plan for your space. Depending on the size of the project, I may put a summary together outlining timeline and products if needed. We lay out a timeline, and begin the work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have my Bachelors Degree from Kendall College of Art and Design. I also continually participate in workshops and webinars, to enhance my business.
