Yes, I'm constantly reading about my trade. I recently signed up for some updated cake decorating classes.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
By doing it every day for someone else.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Meetings, small luncheon, family gatherings, side dishes such as lemon pound cake and or red velvet cupcakes. A lot of side dishes to go with what the customer already has.
