  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    If you are interested in Personal Training or Health Coaching we can set-up a free consultation (in-person or telephone). Before the first training session I will need a health history form and medical clearance if necessary. The first training session will include a fitness and mobility assessment to develop your fully customized training program. An exercise routine for in-between sessions will also be provided to maximize results!

    Certified Personal Trainer - American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) Health Coach - American Council on Exercise (ACE)

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

    I have worked with clients as young as 10 and all the way up from there! I love working with clients of all fitness levels and health goals but my focus is working with those newer to or getting back into an exercise routine. With mobile personal training and coaching being my focus, I am a believer in functional fitness with an emphasis on body weight exercises.
