- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer Personal Training at parks near clients or at the Plaza Towers Gym. Traveling to a park pricing: $65 At the Plaza Tower Gym: $55
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We offer a free 1-hour initial consultation with one of our elite trainers called the Purpose Protocol. Purpose Protocol's main goal is to introduce clients to our system and philosophy. Whether you are interested in personal training or small group training--> we want to make sure everyone who walks in the door knows their why. Why our facility, why our services, and why do you want to workout. This is the foundation to building success and sustainability. From there we will go over goals, body composition assessments, and recommendations going forward!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Austin and Tiffany both graduated from college with a bachelors degree in Exercise Science. Tiffany graduated from Calvin College and was a member of the women’s basketball team.She is certified through NASM as a Certified Personal Trainer and is also a Level 1 Functional Movement Screening Specialist. Tiffany enjoys building relationships with individuals of all ages and fitness levels.Her main goal as a trainer is to help others achieve the best version of themselves physically and mentally. Austin has a passion for helping others find purpose through movement that started in college when he declared his major as exercise science. Before then he was into his own personal exercise due to a previous struggle with food and weight management, but freshman year of college after declaring his major he was determined to help everyone around him find purpose in their lives by incorporating exercise as a catalyst! Austin is an NASM certified personal trainer with a B.S. in exercise science and 4.5 years in the fitness industry. Austin specializes in strength and mobility which he believes are two of the largest catalysts when it comes to reaching both fitness oriented goals and life oriented goals.
