- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do not feel that my rate description is to confusing but it never hurts to clarify. "A day in the park Photography" currently offers 9 portraits packages; each package including sessions from 90 minutes to 6 hours, prints (which can be of any pose selected-not just if one pose like the traditional portrait studios), 8x10 collages, keepsake albums, canvas', holiday csession, announcements, invitations and your own personality being displayed in each amazing photograph taken!
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I decided to begin a photography business because I have always loved photography. Prior to having my children I loved photography and took a lot of pictures of those around me. Although after I had my children I realized the importance of preserving the special moments in life; the simple, once in a life time, breath-taking, most exciting monumental moments of their lives Now my children have photographs upon photographs to remember their beautiful moments, messy moment, holiday moments and creative moments all because of my passion. I understand that as everyone is born everyone most pass and outside of our mental memories there is nothing else but photographs and videos!
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure your photographer has a true passion for the trade. If your photographer is only providing services for their own gain your end product will not be what you truly deserve. If your photographer truly loves photography; they will catch the moments that need to be caught!
