- What types of customers have you worked with?
The most common type of jobs that we do for our clients are emergency drain backups. We also do a lot of emergency plumbing service as well. When you have a problem we fix it right the first time. But, we also help when you want to change something like a new faucet or new water heater. We can even replace your sewer or water line if necessary.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
The best advice that we can give when hiring a plumbing provider is to look for a professional. It takes a long time for a plumber to become licensed; because, they have to be able to pass a test to prove they know the law. If you hire someone who is not licensed, you take the chance that something could go wrong; and, there would be nothing you could do about it. Another piece of advice, we would give is to be sure to compare apples to apples when you are comparing estimates given. The estimates given over the phone are seldom what the customer pays when the job is done. Our estimates are always accurate; because, we give them in person.
