Kevin did an outstanding job on the projects we gave him. We started with a small list, but once we saw the quality of his work and his diligence, that list quickly grew. He has a perfectionist’s attention to detail, combined with a builder’s mindset from his past experiences, which made him a great fit for both small and large jobs. From woodworking projects to grading a hill to keep water away from our home, landscaping improvements, drainage solutions, and even tackling painting at difficult heights, Kevin handled each task with creativity and care. What impressed us most was how well he used his time when not given direct instructions—he captured the vision of keeping our place looking nice and took initiative to do small things that saved us time and improved our home. He doesn’t seek credit for those details; he just does them because he sees they need to be done. On the rare occasions (just 1–2 times out of more than 50 projects) when something didn’t turn out perfectly, Kevin showed great integrity. He immediately took responsibility and offered to make it right, often without charging full price—or sometimes at no cost at all. That honesty and intent are rare qualities to find. Kevin is especially skilled and passionate about power washing, which became a valuable finishing touch after nearly every project he worked on. He is also highly respectful of people’s privacy and space, which we greatly appreciated. If you’re considering hiring him, I recommend giving him the chance to bid on your project. I believe you’ll be very happy with the results.
