Ben and team have been managing my property for a few years now. As a doctoral student who has moved to a different state for school, it has been nothing short of wonderful to know that my first house is in such great hands. They found a renter who treats my home like her own - even putting solar powered lights up the driveway! They even have quarterly walk throughs of the property and email me with any concens.I couldn't be more thankful for Ben and his team.
