- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
If selling a home- we are in line with the average fee in West Michigan. Be wary of "discount agents" as you more than likely are sacrificing service, knowledge, marketing and skill set. If buying a home, work with one of our skilled buyers agent for free! Have the power of a whole team helping with the process of finding your dream home!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We are flexible to what is best for the client. Ideally for home buyers we would like to meet up at the office or a coffee shop and go over the home buying process and get you set up for success. For sellers, the first meeting will typically happen in their home so we can tour the home and offer our professional opinion of value.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Mark Deering is an Associate Broker with RE/MAX. Mark and the team frequently attend continuing education and team training to further our knowledge of the industry and connect and network with other agents.
