Justin Sytsma says, "Had a floor drain back up in the basement. Called NSP and was told they had a cancellation so someone could come that same day. Briant showed up less than a hour later to clean and inspect it. What he found was roots in the main sewer pipe. He gave us some options for repairs and suggested checking with our insurance to see if we had coverage. We did, which led us to scheduling a spot repair the following week. Jake came out to do the repair in the front yard. He was able to complete the repair in less than a day. He even added a clean out in case any future problems arise. I only talked to Briant and Jake over the phone but both were friendly and knowledgeable. My wife, who was home, said both were friendly and very professional. NSP went above and beyond our expectations and we definitely will call again if the need ever arises."See more
