Yesterday our toilet started acting up, and we were worried we had a clog. We called Eyk Plumbing first thing this morning, and even though they were incredibly busy, they still made time to get someone out to our house by 3:00 PM.Andrew was our technician, and he was fantastic. He explained everything clearly, let us know the cost before doing any work, and even gave us a couple of options so we could decide what made the most sense. The clog ended up being fixed in just a few minutes, and the whole process was quick and easy.We really appreciated Andrew's honesty, professionalism, and great customer service. We're so thankful Eyk was able to fit us into their schedule, and we couldn't be happier with the experience. Highly recommend Eyk Plumbing!

I had EYK Plumbings Rockford team completely replumb my entire house, and they did an outstanding job from start to finish. On top of the full replumb, they also installed a new water softener and reverse osmosis drinking water system for me.This was a pretty large project, and the entire crew handled everything professionally. They kept me informed, answered my questions, and made sure everything was done right. The quality of their work was excellent, and you could tell they genuinely took pride in what they were doing rather than just trying to get the job finished as quickly as possible.Between the whole-house plumbing, water softener, and reverse osmosis system, they took care of everything I needed and made the entire process go incredibly smoothly. I couldnt be happier with how everything turned out.I would absolutely recommend EYK Plumbing to anyone looking for a plumbing company they can trust. Great people, excellent workmanship, and a company I would definitely use again.
