- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically most jobs that we take on need to be looked at in person first. It is almost impossible for us to bid work based on a picture or description. I personally will meet with the home owner/manager on site to discuss the work at hand and provide a free estimate. From there the work is scheduled and completed as soon as possible.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
When shopping around always ask for copies of insurance and references. Please always compare services on a even playing field. Just remember, sometimes you get what you pay for.
