- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
As in any sales, the price can very due to competition: Windows Cleaning: the typical cost per window pane is between $2 - $5. Often with this website I will quote "a whole job for $xxx" just to make it simple. Of course actually visiting your property is the best way to give you an accurate quote. Window Filming: depending on film and window type, prices range from $7 per square foot and up. In most cases I need to see the windows in person before I quote and sell a filming job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
There is no real "process" my mission is to keep my the customers happy. Give them a simple quote, and if accepted, schedule at a convenient time for them, contact them a day or two to confirm time, update them when I'm on my way, and show up when I say I will. Initially greet the customer, go over the job doing a walk through of their house or business highlighting any special needs or issues a window may need. Complete the job to their expectations, and leave a happy customer!

I started filming and cleaning windows seven years ago when I started filming windows.
