- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?We do not require long term contracts, but provide simplified automated billing that is pay-as-you go. Cancel anytime. Our prices are competitive, but also come with vetted, trained and uniformed service providers you can trust to work on your yard. Residential customers are our primary clients and we will return calls and emails quickly.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Once a new customers requests a quote for service, we are quick to provide an accurate proposal. Once signed up: Customers will have access to their secure customer portal where they can set up their simplified automated billing. Or they can call us and we can do this for them. We will schedule services and communicate as needed so the customer always knows when services will be performed.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?Find a service provider that has a long history of good customer reviews, preferably in more than one place. Clients who left other service providers usually tell us why they left. Here are a few: - didn't show up when they said, - never return calls/emails, - leave our fence gate open (letting the dog out), - blow grass into our landscape - damaged our property (and didn't take responsibility.) Service providers that have been around as long as we have can't avoid poor reviews if we do poor work.
