- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?We do not require long term contracts, but provide simplified automated billing that is pay-as-you go. Cancel anytime. Our prices are competitive, but also come with vetted, trained and uniformed service providers you can trust to work on your yard. Residential customers are our primary clients and we will return calls and emails quickly.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Once a new customers requests a quote for service, we are quick to provide an accurate proposal. Once signed up: Customers will have access to their secure customer portal where they can set up their simplified automated billing. Or they can call us and we can do this for them. We will schedule services and communicate as needed so the customer always knows when services will be performed.
- What types of customers have you worked with?Residential home owners are our focus. We have worked with many home owners of varying size homes from very small to multi acre. We only use the right equipment on your property to protect your investment. Your job is important to us. We do not service large condominium complexes or city parks. Nothing distracts us from meeting the lawn care needs of our home owners. We do provide service for medium to small commercial properties just like we do home owners. We have also worked with Rental Property Owners and management companies. These properties are treated just like our home owner residential clients.
