Mr. Ali was extremely professional in all of his dealings with me. He gave me a very fair price, especially considering the depth and scope of the work involved. Not only did he complete the job, but he also had to correct the mistakes of a previous pro, which made the project even more complex because he first had to undo existing errors. Even when discussing the work of the previous pro, which was truly subpar, Mr. Ali was gracious and kind in his assessment. He simply noted that the individual appeared to have tried, but perhaps did not yet have the necessary experience. That level of professionalism and generosity of spirit spoke volumes to me. His pricing was fair, and he was highly responsive throughout the entire process. He treated my home as if it were his own. The way he cleaned up after himself was unlike anything I have ever seen from a contractor. He is soft-spoken, thoughtful, and takes the time to ask questions to fully understand what you want to accomplish. He then offers helpful suggestions based on your goals. I have already asked him to take on additional projects in my home — and allowing someone to work inside your home requires trust. I do trust him. His workmanship is superior, and the quality is admirable. He installed two doors and added new trim, and they are absolutely beautiful. I truly don’t believe you could hire a better professional. I am replacing all the doors in my house and Mr Ali has work coming from me for a very long time!
