- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is in competitive and we focus on quality and customer service. We also work with a financing partner to offer our customers monthly payments on roof replacements.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
To start, we will come out for an inspection at no charge to the customer. From there, we will send over a proposal with a price estimate and scope of work. A deposit is required to schedule work and the remainder is due upon completion. We will pull a permit from the city and schedule our crew to tear-off and replace your roof. After that, we will thoroughly clean up and make sure you are satisfied with your new roof!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are licensed by the State of Michigan (Residential Builder's License).
