AMK has made the conversion from owner/manager to just owner easy and quick. I feel confident in the quality of work being done on my property that Im no longer close enough to manage but dont want to sell. Their professionalism and response time is second to none. Having a flexible approach to propertymanagement made me feel in control where as some other companies just tell you how it is.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge a 7.5% management fee for rental properties, which includes all the day to day items, online account access for tenant and owner, and more. VRBO properties at only 15% management fee. Our home listing fees for Real Estate Sales is 6%, our cleaning rates start at $85 and we also do vacation rental cleaning.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have 7 years of property management experience here at AMK. We, as owners, also have our own rental properties and understand the ups and downs of the rental market/tenants.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started 7+ years ago when I purchased two duplexes and and single family home to rent out, now we've expanded our business to include in house maintenance and cleaning staff.
