- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, I like to have a phone interview with each client. I find having an opportunity to get some background is most helpful in determining what issues are occuring. next I will schedule a time to meet. After that a traing date will be set and I will meet with that person once a week for the duration of the program.

- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have always enjoyed working with dogs. I started traing dogs professionally in the early 90s. I have titled 8 dogs in obdience, bred top of the line german shepherd service dogs, been called as an expert on canine temperment and agression in dogs involed in bite incidents by both Jackson and Washtenaw Counties.
