What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Couples/Engagements: $450 Wedding packages start at $250/HR and all include no travel fee up to 2 hours, an engagement session, and timeline assistance. Discounts for weddings are in March, April (both $1,000 off), and September ($500 off)!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Starts with the first hello, choosing a package that best fits your needs, the engagement session, the official booking, helping with the timeline of your wedding, the wedding day comes, sneak peeks, and then finally you get your honeymoon gift :)
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have taken a photography class and have shadowed various photographers, as well as completed some online courses.
