Movers were not professional. A teenage boy and an adult male. Not a crew. They were slow seeming to make loading of the truck as lengthy as possible. They stopped frequently and the teen complained of not being physically well. This was a long distance move and there are no complaints of the overall charges, however explanations of charges were not acceptable. I was told to call michelle to register complaint. Not a positive experience. For next move will hire another company. As the saying goes,- .you get what you pay for.
