My name is Martin Marlett, the owner. I will be performing the work, and I have more than 25 years of experience. I can diagnose preparatory needs on all interior and exterior surfaces. I take care to protect your floors, counters and furniture, flower beds and walkways. All debris created during prep work is removed daily. Paint is applied by a brush or roller, and edges are cut in clean. Craftsmanship is guaranteed for 5 years. Most often, your project will only need minor touch up from wear and tear over the next 10 years or more.
