- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing system is not actually that complex. It uses a couple basic equations, to calculate the build material cost, the man hours, and then figure out how much to add on top for things like shipping, and other service charges. We typically issue quotes via PayPal that are printable and easily paid using credit card or cash.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Typically we do custom computer orders. We sit down with the customer either in person, via email, or phone, and we discuss exactly what their needs are and then we design a computer tailored to exactly the customers needs and price range. We enjoy working with companies that need new systems as we can easily commission specialized computers on a large scale.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
The only advice I have for a customer looking to hire a provider like us is that the more you know what you want, the better experience you will have. Know how much you want to spend, what you want it to be able to do, and how long you want it to be current. We do the rest.
