I purchased a home with an addition completed by Innovative Builders. Over the course of two years, I attempted to work with Jushade to fix a leak in the roof of the new addition to no avail. After about five attempts over two years by Jushade to "fix" the problem, I resigned to hire another company to address the leak. I would not recommend Innovative Builders due to their poor craftsmanship.

Replaced roof, siding and soffit. Poor communication, didnt return calls or check on ordered materials. Siding took over 4 months to arrive. All window frames gouged and chipped.
