Honestly, I have no words to express our gratitude for Lorie and her amazing team. They were consummate professionals, managing three events for over 100 people. Seemless, outstanding service, follow through on even the smallest details. And my goodness, cheerful, friendly. But wait, there's more. Owing to her diverse skill set, Lorie and her son Bryce deployed CPR to save a guest's life from a heart attack. I mean literally saved his life. Were it not for Lorie and Bryce, we would be planning a funeral -- this confirmed by the cardiologists at Bronson Hospital in Kalamazoo. And more, Lorie was able to help us find a good home for those in need in K-zoo for all the leftovers. All this to say that Lorie and her team can be hired for your function with complete confidence in superior service. I cannot recommend them more highly. Bless you!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to talk to the customer to see what they are expecting from the service, have them fill out a questionnaire then formulate a contract to the agreed upon terms so both parties are clear of the cost, expected outcomes and final results.

Associate of Arts degree in Nutrition, Bachelor in Business Administration, Masters in Health, Arts and Science, Certification from Integrative Nutrition. Serv-Safe training, TAMS (serving alcohol training), communication training, hands on event planning, budgeting and more.
