All aspects of dealing with this company were fantastic! From their responsiveness to quality of work! This was a short notice move out cleaning for my house, getting it ready to sell. They responded to my inquiry within an hour, came by and gave me a quote the next day, and then came in on a Saturday to clean. I still had a few piles of belongings that I hadn't moved out yet. They just moved my "piles" so they could clean those areas. My realtor stopped by and we also loved the quality of the cleaning. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?We have a variety of cleaning packages generally start around $100, in addition we are negotiable.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Typically,after initial message we set up an appointment time and have a call over the telephone in which we go over the details that need to be gone over at that point w e would set up a walk through of the property to thoroughly price the request. i then go above and beyond to met and exceed my clients expectations
- How did you get started doing this type of work?I have been in the cleaning business since I was a teenager. I started working with my father at a young age and learned about customer service and always making sure the client is always satisfied.
