- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Jobs all vary. No job is a regular install, an associate once proclaimed. I've noticed through the years he was right. To be accurate we have to communicate to understand your specific needs to end up with suitable final quality product output. Most job sites need an examination and estimate.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am always open to new ideas, designs and product trends. If anyone has a product/service innovation I am "All Ears" and seek to stay on the cutting edge of quality and durability... Lifetime Installation Enabled!
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
My uncle started Central Tile & Terrazzo in 1942. Later my father was Vice-President. As a half-Italian it is only natural to install tile, so my dad put me to work after high school.
